All the products are designed by me (Yakousei Aoi) and produced by different manufacturers and printers.
For all purchase there will also be handmade freebies.

The shop will have new products every 3/4 months.

Shipping Info 

Orders will be sent within 1 week (or 2 maximum during holiday period). 

• Worldwide shipping
• Standard Shipping comes with no tracking number. I won't be able to help you track your order.

Shipping times vary by country.

• Reunion Island: 3-7 business days (Tracking via La Poste will be sent to you after your order was shipped)
  
• France: 5-10 business days ((Tracking via La Poste will be sent to you after your order was shipped)
• Other countries: 1-2 Months (No Tracking) 
  

(Approximation, shipping speed can vary. Package can sometimes go through customs check, which can prolong shipping time.)

Custom fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing the right address. Please contact within 24 hours of order for address change. 
Once your order is sent it will be impossible for me to redirect the order to another address. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Same applies if you have written a wrong address.

If you chose Standard Shipping please note that I wont be able to help you with your order status, It will be up to the shipping carrier.

1. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
